Родился 2 января 1973 года в городе Львов (СССР, Украина). В 1989 году поступил в Хмельницкое Высшее Артиллерийское Командное училище. После окончания в звании лейтенант проходил службу в частях и гарнизонах Железной Дивизии на Западной Украине (Яворов, Рава-Русская, Львов). Оставил военную службу в звании капитан в 1999 году. С 2004 года совмещаю трудовую деятельность с волонтерской, помогая в меру своих сил нашим соотечественникам и наведение мостов дружбы между Испанией и странами бывшего Советского Союза. Гражданин Испании, отец двух дочерей. Профессиональная деятельность: - Владелец управляющей компанией Alekspress Vostok S.L. - Член Международной ассоциации русскоязычных адвокатов МАРА (International Association Of Russian- Speaking Lawyers) Общественная деятельность: Президент Русского Дома в Аликанте Член Городского Совета по иммиграции города Аликанте Заместитель председателя Координационного Совета Российских Соотечественников в Испании, направление правовая защита и социальные вопросы Координатор Ассоциации эмигрантов стран Восточной Европы в Испании (AIPEA) –«Аликанте по-русски»
